A very extensive lunch buffet is prepared in the restaurant on weekdays.

Included in the lunch buffet
For starters, a delicious cup of daily varying soup is waiting for you. In addition, the buffet features a number of hot dishes, a wide selection of sandwich fillings, a variety of deluxe breads and a full salad buffet.
Also at your disposal is a beverage buffet with milk, fruit juices, coffee and tea. Finally, you can choose from a variety of desserts.
Do you follow a diet or have allergies? We are happy to take this into account.

Enjoy the waterfront
In addition to the restaurant, we also have the ‘Hidden Pearl of Utrecht’; a spacious terrace on the east side overlooking the water of Fort de Bilt. The ideal location for a delicious lunch or tasteful dinner.
On our terrace located on the west side you can relax and enjoy a pleasant drink and the rippling water of our fountain. This terrace is particularly attractively lit at night.
Our terrace is open in fine weather, both on weekdays and weekends. So you can enjoy lunch, drinks or dinner in the sun. Both as a hotel guest and restaurant guest you can visit us daily between 11:00 a.m. & 10:00 p.m.
