Dinner Buffet
The buffet is available (subject to sufficient interest and reservations) on weekdays between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
With our Vlonders Dinner Buffet, we offer as many guests as possible a varied and tasty meal. In this we take into account vegetarian guests but certainly also meat-eaters and fish lovers. Please do indicate if there are vegan participants.
To offer returning guests sufficient variety, the buffets change regularly.

We serve
Appetizers
The appetizer buffet consists of several tasty composed raw vegetable and pasta salads with fresh seasonal products. Classics such as beef carpaccio, salmon with Dutch shrimps and a tuna salad with haricot verts and quail eggs are also at your disposal.
Soup
We always serve a vegetarian soup from the buffet. With nice fresh French bread with butter and tapenade.
Main courses
The main dishes we offer are mostly vegetarian. Think of falafel burgers or veggie satay skewers and stews that will also please non-vegetarians. There is also a dish with beef, a dish with chicken and a fish dish. You can choose from various hot sauces and, of course, the necessary garnishes of fresh vegetables, rice, pasta and/or potatoes.
Dessert
To end it all in style, there is of course a dessert buffet. On it you will find various sweet treats such as pastries, mousse or bavarois and fresh fruit salad.

Enjoying the waterfront
In addition to the restaurant, we also have the ‘Hidden Pearl of Utrecht’; a spacious terrace on the east side overlooking the water of Fort de Bilt. The ideal location for a delicious lunch or tasteful dinner.
On our terrace located on the west side you can relax and enjoy a pleasant drink and the rippling water of our fountain. This terrace is particularly attractively lit at night.
Our terrace is open in fine weather, both on weekdays and weekends. So you can enjoy lunch, drinks or dinner in the sun. Both as a hotel guest and restaurant guest you can visit us daily between 11:00 & 22:00.
