In our restaurant you can enjoy a buffet with various delicious dishes. For groups of 30 persons or more we serve the Vesting Package.

Included in the buffet
Appetizers
Wide range of cold starters such as a seafood cocktail, carpaccio of fish or meat, a fresh salad, smoked fish fillets, a piece of pâté or a few slices of dried ham. With the appetizers we serve freshly baked French bread and butter.
Soup
Soup of the day or a cup of clear broth.
Main courses
Two different meat dishes, a fish dish, a poultry preparation. Upon request, an adapted dish is served for our vegetarian guests (please request this in advance). With your main dish we serve various potato and vegetable garnishes and salads from the buffet. Dessert
A selection of sweet treats such as mousse, pastries and ice cream. You can also finish your meal with fresh fruit.

Enjoy the waterfront
In addition to the restaurant, we also have the ‘Hidden Pearl of Utrecht’; a spacious terrace on the east side overlooking the water of Fort de Bilt. The ideal location for a delicious lunch or tasteful dinner.
On our terrace located on the west side you can relax and enjoy a pleasant drink and the rippling water of our fountain. This terrace is particularly attractively lit at night.
Our terrace is open in fine weather, both on weekdays and weekends. So you can enjoy lunch, drinks or dinner in the sun. Both as a hotel guest and restaurant guest you can visit us daily between 11:00 a.m. & 10:00 p.m.
