Table Grills
Experience the coziness of table grilling! In our beautiful Tuinkamer- or Waterleliezaal, both overlooking the water of Fort de Bilt, you can enjoy our table grill (from 2 to 60 persons).
At the table grill, you’ll be served a selection of fine meats such as pork tenderloin, marinated chicken satay, beef medallions, and flat Angus burgers.
We also serve baguette, fries, complementary sauces, sliced vegetables, pasta salad, beetroot salad, and baby potatoes.
In addition to our meat grill, it is also possible to reserve a vegetarian or fish grill.

For fish, we charge a surcharge of €6.75 per person.

Enjoying the waterfront
Next to the restaurant, we also have the “Hidden Gem of Utrecht”: a spacious terrace on the east side with a view over the waters of Fort de Bilt. The perfect location for a delightful lunch or a flavorful dinner.
On our west-side terrace, you can relax and enjoy a cozy drink while listening to the gentle flow of our fountain. This terrace is beautifully illuminated in the evening, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Our terrace is open in good weather, both on weekdays and weekends. This way, you can enjoy a lovely lunch, drinks, or dinner in the sun. Both hotel and restaurant guests are welcome daily between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
